U-21 League

Spurs travelled to St. Mary's on the 9th to play Southampton. It was a tight game with the home side sitting deep and looking to counter. Spurs had to recoup as they had lost a few players in the January window and were a bit ragged in their play taking to many touches in the area when chances occurred. The saints had a goal disallowed in the first half but did take the lead in the second with an effort curled in from the left. Spurs equalised when Sonupe and Onomah combined on the left to put in a cross that was half cleared to Bentaleb on the edge of the area. The game finished 1-1 dropping Spurs two places in the table.

Team(4-2-3-1) - McGee, Walker-Peters, Carter-Vickers, Amos, Georgiou, Bentaleb, Winks(Lesniak 80), Miller, Onomah(Goddard 80), Walkes, Harrison(Sonupe 69).
